We already control the registration and relevant documentation, making the process generally quicker and more straightforward.

What Happens After I Purchase?

Once your payment has been successfully completed, our team will begin processing your registration.

Depending on your circumstances, you can normally choose to:

Option 1 — Assign the Registration to Your Vehicle

If you have a suitable vehicle and would like to start using your new registration, we can assist with assigning it to your vehicle.

We'll require the relevant vehicle details/documentation before completing the assignment.

Your vehicle must meet the applicable DVLA requirements for the registration.

For example, a registration cannot be used to make a vehicle appear newer than it actually is.

Once the DVLA confirms the assignment, you can arrange for the correct physical number plates to be fitted and update your insurance and any other services connected to your vehicle's registration.

Option 2 — Receive the Registration on Retention

If you're not ready to put the registration onto a vehicle, it can remain on the appropriate registration document until you're ready to use it, subject to the applicable DVLA requirements.

This can be useful if:

• You're purchasing the registration for a future vehicle.

• You're buying it as a gift.

• You don't currently have an eligible vehicle.

• You simply don't want to assign it immediately.
